Perfect Run Day
Friday, May 20, 2011 at 12:51PM Finally! I was so happy to go out for a run today, it was my short day so 4 miles was all I had to do. It was the first nice day in a long time. It was sunny, light breeze and 70 degrees.
Now for the running... It was a nice easy run, although my knees are starting to bark at me. I have to remember that I can't go out running 8 min miles, must slow down.
Long run tomorrow. It is supposed to be warm, but windy. What else is new?
