Treadmill Monday

Back on the treadmill today as it was raining when it was run time. I hate and love the treadmill. My knees feel so much better on a tread then on pavement. The thing I hate is running in place, it can get so boring. It was a nice 6 mile run. I started off slow and had a nice strong finish.

Which do you prefer outside or treadmill?

8 miles tomorrow :)
