Top 10 Things I said I would never do!

This is meant to be a fun post, so don’t take it that Jimmy is just bitching again!

1. Get married – Um yeah met the love of my life and got hitched in 2006.
   
2. Have a baby – Well with marriage comes talks of a baby and then the act (which is always fun).  Zach was born in late August 2008.  I thought I would suck at this parent thing and that I could not deal with the crying, pooping and lack of a life.  It’s hard, but I love it and that is the strange part.
   Why just today I wiped a runny nose (not mine) with my fingers and thought nothing of it!
   
3. Buy an IPhone – Check my IPhone post.
4. Fly to a vacation spot -  I have done that many times.
   
   
5. Leave the country – The wife and I rocked Mexico in 2006.
   
6. Have a cat in my house – In 2007 we brought home the wife’s cat BABY.
   
7. Pay for radio – I must say that being in radio for many years I thought this one was easy not to break, but in 2003 a friend gave me an XM radio that he did not want.  Let’s just say I have been paying for radio ever since!  O&A PARTY ROCK!
8. Buy a house – Did that in 2004 and wish I had not.  I thought we were supposed to make money when you buy a house?
9. Go parasailing or anything that has me up in the air without being in a metal death capsule.
   
10. Watch Titanic – I am proud to say that to this day I have never seen that awful movie!  Will I ever cave?  STAY TUNED!

The point of all this babbling is to say that we live life saying that we will not do many things!  Maybe I should stop saying I WON’T EVER DO THAT, and just be open to the idea that MAYBE I MIGHT.

Welcome To Jimmy Knight dot com

OK…  It has been a while.  I am going to be trying to update this site everyday with some kind of nonsense!  Life is really busy and seems to be speeding by at a furious clip.  I find my self stressing to keep the days straight, but I am really going to try and keep this blog upbeat and fun, but from time to time I will bitch and that is just the way it goes!

Today I was listening to Opie and Anthony (like I do every day, hell every hour I can) and was just amused as always.  They had the author Ian Halperin in and he was taking about his book that he wrote about Michael Jackson.  He was on the Hoo Hoo show and the talk circuit the day before spewing garbage out of his mouth about Michael Jackson.  O&A and lil’ Jimmy just slammed this guy about his view on race and how MJ was scared to come out of the closet (he did have a song about keeping it in the closet if that means anything).  If you want to see an honest interview with real questions check out the clip.
